The garden is super pretty and well-kept, perfect for a stroll after breakfast. The pool is big and clean, a nice spot to chill. Had a spacious room. Breakfast had a good variety, fruit was fresh and the food in the restaurant was tasty and cheap. The staff were friendly enough, so that was nice.

But the bathroom ventilation was weird, kinda made it awkward. The air conditioning had a funky smell like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The location was exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Had newly furnished room with extra bed for a very relaxing stay. The service was very good!

The room was a nice size, had a splendid view over the garden or pool. There were an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels provided. Easy access to London Heathrow airport, which was about 5 minutes' drive away...

The spacious family room with a balcony was a comfortable retreat. The gardens were beautifully maintained, perfect for leisurely strolls. Dining options was so nice with tasty meals at reasonable prices. While the breakfast variety needs enhancement, the staff were friendly and accommodating were good.

Honestly, the gardens were a sheer delight, lush and well-kept, perfect for a stroll after brekkie. The only downside was the bathroom ventilation, a bit quirky, but it didn't spoil our stay. a lovely family escape!

The tranquility here was good! The lush gardens are a treat, and the facilities are just right for families with kids. Very clean, too-no baby sneezes on my watch!

But my, the ventilation in the bathroom had me questioning if we'd invited a family of raccoons! And don't get me started on the smallest TV I've ever seen-seriously, where's the remote?

The tranquility of the resort was quite refreshing. Staff were genuinely attentive, often checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were well-kept, and the facilities suited families with children very well. I enjoyed the well-maintained garden and found it good to explore during our free time.

The parking situation could use some enhancements.

The hotel has excellent staff and a beautiful location on the Black Sea. Reasonably spacious rooms come with a refrigerator and international channels. the service is excellent, including ample parking. the pool area is heated.
